How do I store my cookies?
Our cookies are best consumed fresh. To maintain their quality for longer, we recommend storing them in an airtight container in the refrigerator. Cookies may firm up slightly when chilled, simply allow them to return to room temperature before enjoying for the best texture.
Soft-baked cookies stay fresh for 3–5 days, while loaded cookies can be stored for 5–7 days in an airtight container.
For longer storage, cookies can be frozen for up to 3 months. Defrost and warm before consuming for the best experience.
Do you offer custom orders?
Yes, we do! We offer custom orders for a range of events, including birthdays, corporate functions, and special occasions. Custom orders are subject to availability and timeframe required. To enquire about a custom order, please get in touch with us via our contact page and include your preferred date and what you would like to order.
Are your cookies baked fresh?
Yes! All of our cookies are baked fresh in small batches to ensure the best flavour, texture, and quality.
How long does it take for my order to be ready?
We begin taking orders every Monday, with orders remaining open until Thursday at 5pm. Baking takes place over the weekend, and orders will be ready for pickup on the weekend. We’ll contact you directly prior to your order being ready to arrange a suitable pickup time.

How do I collect my order?
Once your order is ready, we’ll contact you directly to arrange a suitable pickup time. Pick up is located in Coffs Harbour, collection details will be provided prior to pickup to ensure a smooth and easy experience.
How regularly are new flavours released?
New flavours drop fortnightly, with rotating menus and limited-time cookies you won’t want to miss.
When is the menu released?
Our menu drops Sunday afternoon via our social media pages, giving you time to decide before orders open on Monday.
Do you offer shipping?
At this stage, we offer local pickup only. This allows us to ensure every cookie is freshly baked and enjoyed at its best. Pickup details and instructions will be provided once your order is confirmed.
