By placing an order with One More Bite, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before purchasing.

Orders & Payment

All orders must be placed through our website unless otherwise stated. Full payment is required at checkout to secure your order.

Your order is only confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.

Refunds, Cancellations & Change of Mind

Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations for:

  • change of mind
  • incorrect selections made at checkout
  • personal taste preferences

Please ensure your order is correct before completing your purchase.

Product Availability

All products, flavours, toppings, decorations and ingredients are subject to availability.

If an ingredient or product component becomes unavailable, One More Bite reserves the right to make reasonable substitutions using the closest suitable alternative available. These changes will not qualify for a refund or replacement.

Product Variations

Our products are handmade in small batches, which means slight variations are natural and expected.

Products may differ slightly from:

  • website photos
  • social media images
  • previous orders
  • sample images or promotional content

Variations may include differences in colour, decoration, texture, size, topping placement and overall appearance. These minor deviations are part of the handmade nature of our products and do not qualify for refunds or replacements.

Taste & Personal Preference

Taste and texture can be experienced differently from person to person.

For this reason, refunds or replacements will not be provided if you simply do not like a flavour, texture or product. We encourage all customers to read product descriptions carefully before ordering.

Allergen Warning

Our products are made in a kitchen that handles common allergens.

Our cookies may contain or come into contact with:

  • gluten
  • dairy
  • eggs
  • nuts
  • soy

While care is taken during preparation, we cannot guarantee that any product is completely free from traces of allergens.

It is the customer’s responsibility to review product descriptions and ensure products are suitable before purchasing. If you have a severe allergy, please contact us prior to ordering.

Collection, Delivery & Responsibility

Once your order has been collected, delivered, or otherwise leaves our possession, responsibility for the products transfers to the customer.

One More Bite is not responsible for any damage, melting, breakage, deterioration, contamination or other issues that occur after collection or delivery, including where caused by:

  • transport
  • weather or heat exposure
  • incorrect storage
  • mishandling

Storage & Product Care

Our products are best enjoyed fresh and should be handled and stored appropriately once received.

To extend shelf life, we recommend refrigerating your cookies in an airtight container. Please allow them to return to room temperature before consuming for the best texture and flavour.

Failure to store products correctly after collection or delivery may affect freshness, quality and appearance, and will not qualify for a refund or replacement.

Pickup Windows

Customers are responsible for collecting their order within the advised pickup window.

Orders not collected within the allocated timeframe may be affected in quality or freshness. One More Bite is not responsible for products that are delayed in collection, and missed pickup times do not qualify for refunds or replacements.

Order Accuracy

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide correct information when placing an order, including:

  • name
  • contact details
  • order selections
  • pickup details

One More Bite is not responsible for issues arising from incorrect information submitted at checkout.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, One More Bite will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss or damage arising from the purchase, collection, delivery, handling, storage or consumption of our products.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law where those rights cannot legally be excluded.

Updates to These Terms

One More Bite reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version published on our website will apply at the time of purchase.
